• Paneer - 200g
• Tomatoes - 150g (3 medium size)
• Boiled Green Peas - 100g (1 medium katori)

Method to prepare Mutter Paneer Ready Mix by Rasoi Magic

• Mix the entire content of Mutter Paneer Mix with ½ cup of water.
• Heat 2 tbsp of oil, add chopped tomato or puree and cook for 2-3 minutes.
• Add the spice mix paste with the puree, cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in green peas and paneer cubes. Mix in water for consistency. Simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.

You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
