Veg Biryani Mix (50gm)

This dish is a complete meal, the Rasoi Magic mix ensures that you get the most exotic tasting veggie biryani.

Ingredients

• Raw Basmati Rice - 300g (3 medium katori)
• Cut Mixed Vegetables - 300g (3 medium katori)
• Curd - 100 g (1/2 cup)

Method

• Cook the rice with a pinch of salt. Mix the entire pack of spice mix with 1/2 cup of curd to make a paste.
• Heat 3 tbsp. of pure ghee in a pan. Add cut vegetables & saut'e for 4-5 mins. Add spice mix paste, 1/2 cup of water & cook for 2 min.
• Add cooked rice & mix well. Garnish with dry fruits and fried onions & serve hot.

Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.

You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
