Rasoi Magic - Pav Bhaji Mix (50gm)

This is recipe mix almost complete in its offering - you don't need to boil potatoes, nor go through all the trouble of mashing them.

Ingredients

• Tomatoes - 200g (4 Medium Size)
• Green Peas - 100g (1 medium katori)
• Capsicum - 100g (2 Medium Size)

Method

• Boil green peas, mash and keep aside.
• Heat 3 tbsp. Oil in pan, fry finely chopped capsicum for 2 mins. Add finely chopped tomatoes & cook further for 2-3 mins.
• Add boiled & mashed green peas & cook for 2-3 mins. Add 2 cups of water, add pavbhaji mix & cook till thicknes. Add 2 tbsp. butter, chopped green coriander & mix well. Serve hot with bread.

Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.

You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
