Rasoi Magic - Paneer Tawa Masala Mix (50gm)

Ingredients

• Paneer - 150 g
• Tomatoes - 150 g (3 medium size)
• Onion - 60 g (1 medium size)

Method

• Mix the entire pack of spice mix to 1 cup of milk to make a paste.
• Heat 3 tbsp. oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion and fry till edges turn brown. Add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 mins.
• Add spice mix paste and fry till oil separates. Add paneer cubes, ½ cup water and cover. Cook till oil surfaces. Garnish and serve hot with roti,naan or paratha.
