Rasoi Magic - Paneer Bhurji Masala Mix (30gm)

Ingredients

• Paneer - 250 g
• Onion - 60g (1 medium size)
• Tomato - 50g (1 medium size)
• Capsicum - 75g (1 medium size)
• Green Chilli - 1 or 2 nos. (As per your taste)

Method

• Mix the entire pack of spice mix to ½ cup of milk to make a paste.
• Heat 3 tbsp. oil in pan. Add finely chopped green chilli, onion and fry for 3-4 mins. Add finely chopped capsicum, tomato and cook for 3-4 mins.
• Add spice mix paste and fry till oil separates. Add 2 tbsp. water & cook for 1 min. Add crushed paneer & mix well. Add finely chopped coriander leaves & cook for 1-2 mins. Serve hot with phulka or naan.
