• Paneer - 250g
• Tomatoes - 150g (3 medium size)
• Milk - 1/2 cup (75 ml)

Method to prepare Paneer Makhanwala Ready Mix by Rasoi Magic

• Mix the entire pack of spice mix to 1/2 cup of milk to make a paste.
• Heat 2 tbsp of oil, add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes.
• Add spice mix paste and cook for 2-3 min. Add paneer cubes, 1 to 1 1/2 cup of water and cook for 2-3 mins. Garnish and serve hot with roti or paratha.

Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
