Ingredients in Palak Paneer Ready Mix by Rasoi Magic

• Boiled Palak Puree - 300g (2 cups)
• Paneer -150g
• Tomatoes - 150g (3 medium size)
• Milk - 200 ml (1 1/2 cup)

Method to prepare Palak Paneer Ready Mix by Rasoi Magic

• Mix the entire pack of spice mix to 1 1/2 cup of milk to make a paste.
• Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan and temper with cumin seeds. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 mins on a medium flame.
• Add spice mix paste & cook till oil separates. Add boiled palak puree, paneer cubes, 2 tbsp. butter & cook for 2-3 mins. Garnish with grated paneer and serve hot with roti or rice.

Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.

You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
