Rasoi Magic - Sambar Mix (50gm)


  • Bottlegourd (Lauki/Dudhi) - 20g (1 Small Piece)
  • Drumstick - 20g approx (1/2 Stick)
  • Tomato - 20g approx (1/2 Medium Size)
  • Water - 750 ml (3 Glass)

Rasoi Magic Sambar Mix


  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • Add cut vegetables and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add water, entire pack of sambar mix and 1 tbsp fresh grated coconut and cook further for 8-10 minutes & serve hot.

Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.

You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
